In addition to our in-mold, pressure-sensitive and roll-fed shrink films, EFD can design and manufacture films to accommodate your unique needs.
EFD’s facilities include four wide width extrusion lines that can produce films from 2mils (50microns) to 10 mils (250microns) thick and from 52 in (1.5m) to 80 in (2m) wide. We also have two dedicated pilot lines that allow fast, short-run tests ranging in width from 8 in (0.3m) to 24 in (1m). These unique pilot assets differentiate us from our competition in that we can scale up concepts and provide roll samples for evaluation relatively quickly before embarking on an extensive scale-up on our commercial assets.
